Neil Morgan was charged with possession of fourteen grammes of herbal cannabis and cultivation of one cannabis plant. Neil Morgan argued in the Crown Court that article 8, the Right to Respect for Private Life, applied in this case
Raphael Gray internet “hacker” exposes Microsoft security weaknesses
March 28th
Raphael Gray, known as Curador, was arrested by FBI agents at the age of 18 in March 2000 at the end of an FBI investigation into computer hacking. Curador had set up a website on which he had published some credit card numbers in order to draw attention to security weaknesses in computer software.
